I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and a yoga and meditation teacher. My approach to therapy is grounded in psychodynamic theory, the teachings of yoga, and brain research. In therapy, we will think together about how you have become who you are, and how to move through obstacles that might be in the way of you becoming your best and truest self. We may also incorporate particular meditation or yoga practices if that feels helpful to you.

I enjoy working with patients of many different ages and stages in life, from adolescents through late adulthood. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, grief, transition, addiction and childhood trauma. I work with individuals and couples and also run a weekly therapy group.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of St. Thomas/College of St. Catherine and my bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.  I have done additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy through The Hamm Clinic and The Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute, where I completed a post-graduate clinical fellowship.
