Psychotherapy can help you find greater peace, aliveness and fulfillment within your self and your relationships. I bring a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating what neuroscience, psychodynamic and attachment research tell us about how we get wired for relationships and how to shift what is no longer working for us. I also integrate body-awareness, mindfulness and here-and-now approaches to understand both what is happening and what needs to shift in order for healing and thriving to occur. I offer both in person and telehealth services.

My name is Katrin Christensen-Cowan. I am a psychotherapist (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) and yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience working with people to support their healing and transformation.
